  • Great Event

Last night Project Partner's China team gathered to share photos and stories from their recent trip to China. The team went to China this August to teach English for two weeks. They had a wonderful experience. Last night they were able to share that with about 40 other people who prayed for and support their trip. It was great to meet new people and share about Project Partner's positive impact overseas.

Thank you to all who came. Our team appreciated your prayers and support.

If you have any interest about the English Teaching Trip in 2010, please send me an email. Hopefully we'll have the exact dates soon and can begin filling spots on the team.

  • Nice to be Home

CNET 132 it's only been a few days since I came home from my recent trip to China. I'm still getting adjusted to the time difference and also still getting over my stomach bug. Hopefully both will be better by next week. It'd be nice to feel back to normal.

The trip was wonderful. Our team did a fantastic job teaching English and working together. We taught about 150 students in Macau and about 250 in China. The students really enjoy the opportunity to work on their English with Americans. Our team learned a lot about China, its people and culture. I think they had an amazing experience.

If you live in the KC area and want to hear more about the trip then come to Indian Creek Community Church on Aug. 30th at 6:30 pm. We'll be downstairs in room 020 for a time of sharing about Project Partner and also about this recent trip. We'll show lots of photos and tell stories about how the trip impacted our lives and those overseas.
